‍This trip around Puglia and Lake Garda was 16 days long, so I’ve decided to use a different format. Because of this, photos may not all appear in the posts but can be viewed via the “photo album” link in the header.

‍This was, by far, the worst tour we’ve taken with Leger; there were too many inconsistencies with the hotels themselves, the rooms allocated and standard of food provided. When staying at eight different hotels during a tour, one expects some variations; on this occasion the variations were beyond reasonable. Several excursions beggared belief, being totally unsuitable for many of our group with mobility issues. 

‍Unacceptable.

‍As a result, the postcards have been written as reviews of the different aspects of the tour. This seemed the best way to record our thoughts.

‍Our experiences on this tour have convinced us to “move on”. 

‍In our opinion, Leger Luxuria have opted to maximise profit rather than “customer experience”. A serious mistake, we feel, but there’s nothing we can do about that! Instead, we’ve cancelled two forward bookings with them (irrespective of the loss of deposits) and have made different arrangements for next year.
